Terms of Service

1. The rental service

Smart Rental Panel provides fully-managed SMM panel hosting on a monthly rental basis. You receive access to a hosted panel instance with an administrative account. We own and operate the underlying infrastructure; you own your customer relationships, pricing and content.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your admin credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to rent a panel.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the rented panel for illegal purposes, fraud, content that infringes third-party rights, or services that violate the terms of the upstream social platforms. We may suspend panels used for phishing, carding, malware distribution or similar abuse.

4. Billing and renewal

Plans are billed monthly in advance through the client area. Failure to pay results in suspension after a grace period, not immediate deletion. We keep your data for 14 days after suspension so you can return or export it.

5. Availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime, monitored around the clock. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 24 hours ahead and usually performed in low-traffic windows. Downtime caused by upstream provider APIs is outside our control.

6. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from the client area. Your rental stays active until the end of the paid period. You may export your order history and customer list at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the rental fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.

8. Changes

We may update these terms with 14 days notice through the client area and this page. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
