Data we collect

To deliver the rental service we collect: your name and email (account), billing details processed by our payment providers (we never store full card numbers), technical logs such as IP addresses and error logs, and support correspondence.

How we use it

• Operating, monitoring and securing your rented panel
• Billing and account administration
• Responding to support requests
• Sending essential service notices (maintenance, security, invoices)

We do not sell your personal data. Ever.

Cookies

This website uses a small set of cookies: a session cookie for the admin area, local storage to remember your cookie consent, and — if you enable it — Google Analytics 4 for anonymous traffic statistics. You can refuse analytics cookies and still use every part of the site.

Retention

Account and billing records are kept while your rental is active and for 24 months afterwards for accounting purposes. Security logs rotate after 90 days.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask for deletion where we are not legally required to keep it. Email support@smartrentalpanel.com and we will respond within 7 days.

Security

Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes, all admin sessions run over HTTPS, uploads are MIME-checked, and panels are monitored 24/7 with automatic nightly backups kept for 7 days.
